SHIPPING

We aim to process your order within 3-5 business days, and we will contact you if we expect to exceed this processing time.

Shipping rates will be calculated at the time of checkout. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.

If you live within 10 miles of Columbia, Missouri, our items can be delivered to you free of charge. Simply proceed through the checkout process and enter your address.

For larger items such as furniture, you might experience longer processing, shipping, and/or delivery times as we work with an independent shipping service. We will provide you with a timeline as soon as one is available.

At this time, we only ship within the continental United States.

 

RETURN POLICY

Please note that all sales from our store are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges.

 

DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES

Please keep in mind that vintage and antique items are rarely in mint condition. That’s part of their charm!

We try to document all age-related wear and imperfections in our product listings. Be sure to look closely at our photos and written descriptions before making your purchase.  

If any items in your order arrive broken— or if we sent you the wrong item — please contact us within 7 days of receipt at stellarmadeandfound@gmail.com. Include detailed photos with your message, and please do not discard the packaging.  We will review the situation and do what we can to make it right.
